The milkshake mixer is a common household item used for mixing different types of drinks and, as suggested by the name, milkshakes. It is a pretty simple appliance consisting of a plastic frame, a metal base with attached rubber feet, a 16oz aluminum cup and metal stir-rod, a power cord, and a motor. People simply add different proportions of milk and ice-cream to the cup, along with some of their favorite ingredients and flavors, and use the machine to mix it all together which results in a delicious milkshake. A basic milkshake mixer runs for about $30, however some more advanced versions can reach around $50-60, and industrial milkshake mixers sell for anywhere between $200-750.
